RADIUS™ is a collective of providers focused on providing excellent care to patients with IBD. Taking a proactive, evidence-based approach, we work together as a multidisciplinary team to optimize and enhance care and to help prevent complications in a patient’s IBD care and treatment.
First established at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire, RADIUS™ was developed by Corey Siegel, MD and the NH RADIUS™ team. RADIUS™ aims to provide patients with IBD who are living in rural regions with a more proactive and comprehensive team approach to their care, in collaboration with their primary community IBD providers.

Offering specialty care and extensive expert experience in IBD.
Ensuring comprehensive care-coordination prior, during and following the patient’s visit.
Providing assessment of and recommendations for the ways in which thought and behavior patterns can influence disease management and/or quality of life.
An individualized approach towards healthy ways to incorporate diet and nutrition into the lives of patients with IBD.
Providing education, resources and access to patient-specific specialty medication.
